All Orders are sent with Signature Required.
In the rare event a product is not available at the time of dispatching your order, we will contact you with the option to hold your order until it arrives or refund you for the unavailable products.
All orders are posted directly from our warehouse located in Brisbane, Queensland. We send orders via Couriers & Australia Post.
We aim to have orders dispatched within 1-5 business days* of being received, dependant on quantities available in our warehouse.
Orders submitted after 2pm and on weekends are considered as received by us the next business day. Please note that unless there is a quantity number showing in stock availability, it is in stock at the suppliers warehouse which may delay delivery by a day or two. Deliveries to Western Australia, Northern Territory, Tasmania and Rural areas, may take longer dependent on the delivery company.

We cannot accept responsibility or liability for any item that is unexpectedly unavailable, however we will offer you a store credit or refund. If any item/s are on back order – these will be posted to you when they arrive at our warehouse at no extra shipping charges to you.
We have no control over postal, courier or customs operations and as such, We take no responsibility for damaged or delayed items or items claimed to be missing.
We are not liable for any customs tax or delivery tax or associated fees by third parties.
If the order has been sent but not collected by you and is returned to us - a re-shipping fee will be charged to re-send the order to you.
If you are not 100% satisfied with the item/s you purchased, we offer a store credit or exchange if the product is unopened and un-used. Please contact us via the contact page for a returns form. Product/s must be returned to us (at the cost of the buyer) within 30 days of dispatch from our warehouse to receive store credit or exchange.
We reserve the right to refuse a returned items if the items do not comply to our returns policy. Refused items will be posted back to you and additional postage will be charged. We accept no responsibility for returns that are sent by non-traceable postage methods and are not received. Unfortunately, without the item/s we cannot issue an exchange or refund. We strongly suggest you send your returns using a traceable method.
